Which model should I choose?

The vest can be worn on its own or under a coat. The puffer jacket replaces your winter jacket. The top + trousers set is worn as a base layer, under your clothes. The heated gloves keep your hands warm, and the scarves, in fleece or faux fur, your neck. Our guide: heated vest, puffer jacket or set, which one to choose?

Is the battery included?

Yes for the vest, the puffer jacket and the set: they come with their USB battery. The heated gloves come in a rechargeable battery version (included) or an AA battery version (batteries not included). The scarves plug into an external USB power bank, like your phone's, which is not included.

Which size should I choose?

Take your usual size. For a garment worn over a thick jumper, go one size up. Advice specific to each model is on its product page.

Are there any offers on scarves?

Yes: 2 scarves = 20% off, 3 scarves = 30% off, mixing colours and models. With a vest, a puffer jacket, the set or gloves, a scarf is 30% off. Discounts apply automatically in the cart; on the same item, the best discount applies.

What are the delivery times and costs?
