1. Destinations and shipping rates

The applicable rate is shown before you confirm your order.
2. Delivery times
France: 5 to 8 business days from order to delivery, processing included.
European Union: 8 to 16 business days. For other countries, delivery takes longer and the estimate is given in your order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, if delivery does not take place within the stated time, you may formally ask us to deliver within a reasonable additional period, then cancel the order and be refunded if it still has not been delivered.
3. Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number.
4. Damaged or lost parcel
Products travel at our risk until they are handed to you. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at contact@valnor-france.fr with your order number and, if possible, photos: we will send the item again or refund you.
5. Delivery address
Please check your address when ordering. If it is incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it before shipping.
6. Duties and taxes outside the EU
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be charged by the destination country; they are payable by the recipient.
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
