1. Data controller

2. Data collected

  • When you order: first and last name, delivery and billing addresses, email, phone number, order contents. Payment data is processed directly by our payment providers.
  • When you sign up to the newsletter: your email address.
  • When you browse: technical data (IP address, device, pages viewed) via cookies.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Processing, shipping and tracking your orders, handling customer service and returns (performance of the contract).
  • Meeting our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
  • Preventing fraud and securing the website (legitimate interest).
  • Sending you our offers by email, only if you have agreed (consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link).
  • Measuring audience and, where applicable, showing advertising, only with your consent to the cookies concerned (consent).

4. Recipients

Your data is never sold. It is shared only with the providers we need: Shopify (store hosting), payment providers, our suppliers and carriers for shipping, and, if you have consented, our marketing and audience measurement tools. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).

5. Retention periods

  • Order data and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation).
  • Marketing data: 3 years after the last contact.
  • Cookies: 13 months maximum.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to set instructions for what happens to it after your death. To exercise these rights: contact@valnor-france.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr), or with the authority of your country.

7. Cookies

Cookies required for the website to work (cart, security) are set without consent. Audience measurement and advertising cookies are set only with your consent, which you can change at any time from the cookie banner.

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
