Returns and refunds

1. 14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from delivery of your order to change your mind, without giving any reason. This right applies to all our items, including those bought on sale or with a discount code.
2. How to return
- Send your request to contact@valnor-france.fr stating your order number and the items concerned. You can also use the withdrawal form below.
- We send you the return address.
- Send the items back no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.
3. Condition of items
You may try the item on as you would in a shop. Please return it complete (battery and cable included) and in its packaging if possible. If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to try it (worn outdoors, washed, damaged), the refund may be reduced by the loss in value.
4. Return costs
Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend a tracked service.
5. Refund
We refund you, using the payment method used for the order, no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the items, or proof of their return, before refunding. The refund includes the initial standard delivery cost; if you chose VIP delivery, the €5.90 supplement is not refunded.
6. Faulty or non-conforming item
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery, and from the guarantee against hidden defects. If there is a problem, email us at contact@valnor-france.fr with your order number and a photo or short video: we repair, replace or refund the item, and return costs are at our expense. 7. Withdrawal form
