Orders and shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard tracked delivery is free in mainland France and the European Union. In France, a VIP delivery with loss, damage and theft insurance is available for €5.90. For other countries, rates are shown at checkout and in our shipping policy.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Allow 5 to 8 business days in France and 8 to 16 business days in the rest of the European Union, from order to delivery, processing included.
How can I track my parcel?
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, PayPal and the other methods shown at checkout (for example Apple Pay or Google Pay depending on your device). Payment is secure: we never have access to your full card details.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. Email us with your order number: the steps are detailed in our return policy.
What if my item is faulty?
You benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. Send us a photo or a short video with your order number: we repair, replace or refund, and the return is at our expense.
Heated clothing
How does heated clothing work?
Flexible heating elements are sewn into the garment and powered by a USB battery that slips into a pocket. A button turns it on and lets you choose between 3 heat levels.
Is the battery included?
Yes for the vest, the puffer jacket and the base layer set: a USB battery is included. The heated scarves plug into an external USB power bank, not included (your phone power bank works). For the heated gloves, the box contents depend on the version you choose and are listed on the product page.
Can I wash my heated garment?
Yes. Always remove the battery (or unplug the cable) before washing, then follow the care instructions on the product page.
Which size should I choose?
Take your usual size. If you are between two sizes or wear several layers underneath, choose the larger one.
Vest, puffer jacket or set: which one should I choose?
The vest goes under a jacket or on its own in mild weather. The puffer jacket replaces your winter coat. The set is worn under your clothes and also warms your legs.
Are the thermal touchscreen gloves heated?
No. They are insulated, windproof gloves without a heating system. For adjustable warmth, choose our heated gloves.
